Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to start a return
Contact us at mayconrog@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
